What is in your plan
Ten Points comes in three plans, and they are cumulative: Teacher, then Classroom, then School. A Classroom school has everything a Teacher school has and more; a School school has all of it. There is no plan that takes something away.
How to tell which you are on
Section titled “How to tell which you are on”An administrator can see it under Admin → Settings → Modules, on the Included in your plan list. That list shows everything your school has, switched on or not, which makes it the honest answer to “why can I not find this screen” – either it is there and switched off, or it is not in your plan.
If a screen described in these guides is missing from your Ten Points, it belongs to a plan above yours. Nothing is hidden as a nudge, and nothing is drawn and then refused.
Teacher
Section titled “Teacher”Recognition, and the things immediately around it.
- Points awarded against your school’s own values, to one child or a whole class
- Reflection points
- Corrections, which are added beside an award rather than replacing it
- Houses, and the totals that come from them
- Classes, and the register behind each one
Classroom
Section titled “Classroom”Everything above, plus the child-facing product.
- Student accounts. This is the line that matters most. A Teacher-tier school has no child-facing Ten Points at all, so class codes, check-ins and anything a child opens themselves start here.
- Class codes and the shared-device sign-in
- Daily check-ins against a mood taxonomy written for the key stage
- Wellbeing journals, and the flagging that routes a concerning entry to the right member of staff
School
Section titled “School”Everything above, plus the things a whole school does rather than a classroom.
- Staff recognising staff, against the same values the children are recognised against
- The wider pastoral surfaces
- The corridor board and other school-wide displays
A note on what these guides cover
Section titled “A note on what these guides cover”This site documents the screens that exist today. Ten Points has more designed and specified than it has built, and a guide to a screen nobody can open is worse than no guide – so if something is described here, it is something you can go and use.
If you are looking for a feature you were shown in a demonstration and cannot find it here, ask us at hello@tenpoints.io and we will tell you plainly whether it is built, in your plan, or neither.
